Given the rise of other marketplaces and some incidents in the past few months we have made some updates to the website Terms and Conditions to clarify them. In particular we want to higlight a few points:

- It is forbidden to create listings that are "reserved" for someone. Any listing created on the website is available to be purchased by any user (excluding seller blacklist).
- It is forbidden to list the same assets on other marketplaces, with the only exceptions being services and non-physical datacards.
- In case of any deal being stuck outside of TFM for something that is listed on the market, the removal of the listing should be considered a prerequisite (you cannot finalize the deal until the listing has been removed)

TL,DR: If someone purchases your listing on TFM we will expect you to honor the deal.
