Sales shop for the Blue Star Dominion.
Shop Terms:
1) All listings are binding contracts subject to the Trade Federation's Code of Commerce.
2) Upon purchasing one of our listings, buyer will send payment to Blue Star Dominion.
3) Order fulfillment will take place within 48 hours unless otherwise noted in the listing.
4) For production pre-orders, seller guarantees production completion otherwise seller will issue full refund to buyer.
5) For production pre-orders, buyer may cancel order and receive a refund at any time during production, but buyer agrees seller may withhold a 10% restocking fee.
6) For production pre-orders of ships, buyer agrees to keep Blue Star Dominion assigned as ship's commander to facilitate transportation one grid outside of system after production completion. If buyer refuses to assign ship to seller for this purpose, buyer agrees to pay an additional 10% of sale price to seller for ship remaining in-system.
7) Seller refuses to sell to members of Imperial Union (IU) or Shadow Dominion (SD) groups. If a known member of these groups purchases a listing and sends payment to seller, the buyer agrees that seller may keep full payment without delivering anything in return. For production pre-orders, if buyer is later determined to be a member of these groups, the buyer agrees that seller may keep full payment without delivering anything in return, and any ongoing production related to the listing may be paused or canceled without notice to buyer. In either case, both parties agree to consider the contract to be complete.
8) Both buyer and seller agree to leave positive feedback for the listing upon completion of the contract.
